Norman Linstead Biggs (born 2 January 1941) is a leading British mathematician focusing on discrete mathematics and in particular algebraic combinatorics.〔.〕 ==Education== Biggs was educated at Harrow County Grammar School and then studied mathematics at Selwyn College, Cambridge.
